Marcello Turconi

Marcello Turconi obtained a master’s degree and a PhD in neuroscience at the University of Trieste (Italy), and a Master in Science Communication at SISSA (Trieste, Italy). He collaborated with various research institutes (SISSA, University of Milan, Italian Institute of Technology) and associations (Genoa Science Festival, IRSE FVG) in the field of institutional communication and in the organisation and promotion of events for the general public; he is the author of a book on neuroscience for children, ‘C come cervello’ (Nomos ed., 2021). He now works for the CERIC-ERIC research infrastructure consortium as its science communication officer.
