A. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
WHO WE ARE

via Nicolò Tommaseo n. 90, e-mail: info@eventinem.it is the data controller of your
personal data.
We use your:
• first and last name, e-mail address, to allow your participation in the event and to send you organizational communications related to the event. The lawful basis for processing, which is the condition required by law to use the data, is the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request. Providing this data is mandatory; without it, we will not be able to allow you to participate in the event or provide you with useful organizational information for the running of the event. We will retain the data until the end of the event - profession, company/organization: we will use this information to perform statistical analysis.
The lawful basis is the legitimate interest of the data controller in knowing which companies and roles are most interested in participating in this type of event - e-mail address, to send you promotional messages via e-mail regarding events or initiatives
similar to this event. The lawful basis for processing is the legitimate interest of Eventi NEM Srl in promoting similar products/services. For sending these messages, we will use the e-mail address you already provided during registration. However, you can object to receiving these messages from the very beginning, and at any time thereafter. We will retain the data for two years, or until you object - e-mail address, to send promotional messages via e-mail relating to services/products, events, or initiatives of Eventi NEM Srl or commercial Partners, which may also differ from the one you are participating in. The lawful basis for processing is your consent. There is no obligation to provide data and give consent for this purpose; without it, you will simply not be kept updated on products/services, events, or initiatives of Eventi NEM Srl or its Partners. We will retain the data for two years, unless consent is withdrawn at any time - e-mail address, to communicate your data to the event Sponsors so you can receive promotional communications from them. The lawful basis for processing is your consent. There is no obligation to give consent for this purpose; without it, we will not communicate your data to the Sponsors and you will not receive information from them. We will retain the data for two years, unless consent is withdrawn at any time - Images (photos, videos, audio), to promote the image and activities of Eventi NEM Srl, including through the dissemination of photo/video images of the participants, and news regarding the Festival ("Branding"), in newspapers, TV, social networks, and websites. When the recordings and/or photographs are generic, include a plurality of people, and concern the activities carried out during the Festival, the lawful basis is the legitimate interest of Eventi NEM Srl in creating content related to the event to promote the image of Eventi NEM Srl. Refusal to provide this data is not expected, but you may object to the processing from the very beginning. For photographs and/or video recordings that directly and explicitly portray the data subject in order to be published for promotional purposes on paper materials or electronic/digital channels (e.g., brochures, flyers, websites, social networks, etc.), the lawful basis is the data subject's consent. In case of refusal, the photos or videos cannot be used. The data is stored in our systems for three years (for their possible use to document the different editions
held). - first name, last name, e-mail, which could be processed if Eventi NEM Srl must comply with a legal obligation or an order from the authorities. The lawful basis is compliance with legal obligations. The data required by law or by the authority will be used and retained for the period provided by law or requested by the authority.
TO WHOM WE COMMUNICATE THE DATA
We communicate data to our employees and collaborators, as well as to companies or consultants we use to offer certain services (such as IT service providers, event organization companies, video production and/or post-production service providers) as Data processors. We will communicate your data, only with your free and specific consent, to the Sponsors presented at this event. We may also communicate it to public or private organizations if, and to the extent that, we are obliged to do so by applicable regulations or their orders, or for the exercise, establishment, and/or defense of a legal claim in court. Photographic images and video recordings may, in line with the purposes of their collection, be disseminated through various internet, social media, TV, radio, and press channels, etc.
Photographs and video recordings
The Data Controller disseminates images (still and/or moving) and any voice recordings by any means (press, cable, broadcasting, web, social networks, etc.: e.g., Eventi NEM Srl websites, Facebook, etc.), in compliance with the principle of data minimization (thus making every effort not to render individuals belonging to the general public identifiable).
WHERE YOUR DATA IS LOCATED
For the conduct of our activities, we also utilize providers located outside the European Union or who access data from countries outside the European Union, such as our email provider, Microsoft. In these cases, the transfer of data takes place in the presence of the safeguards required by current legislation, namely towards countries for which an adequacy decision exists, or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCC") approved by the European Commission. WHAT RIGHTS YOU CAN EXERCISE
You may request access to your data at any time, as well as its rectification in case of errors. You may obtain the erasure of data (the right to be forgotten) and the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the regulations. You may obtain a copy of the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used format, or request its direct transfer to another data controller (data portability), provided that the lawful basis is contractual or consensual and the processing is automated. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country if you believe your rights have been violated; for Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/).
You may also object to the processing of data used: - for direct marketing purposes by Eventi NEM Srl (sending promotional messages via e-mail regarding events or initiatives similar to this event) initially by sending an email, and subsequently by using the "Unsubscribe" function or similar links found within the received email. - based on the legitimate interest of Eventi NEM Srl for Branding Purposes, from the
very beginning, for reasons related to your particular situation (e.g., prejudice to honor, reputation, or decorum), unless the Data Controller demonstrates compelling and overriding legitimate grounds in accordance with Art. 21.1 of the GDPR.
Eventi NEM Srl does not intentionally collect personal information relating to individuals under the age of eighteen. In the event that information on minors is recorded, Eventi NEM Srl will delete it in a timely manner upon request of the Data Subject or the person exercising parental authority over them.
