Oreste Pollicino is Full Professor of Constitutional Law and AI Law at Bocconi University, Director of the LATAS Master's programme, and a lawyer admitted to practice before Italy's Supreme Court. He is widely recognized as one of Europe's leading experts on fundamental rights, digital technologies and artificial intelligence governance. Alongside his academic work, he advises institutions and organizations on major legal issues at both national and European levels. He collaborates with the European Commission, the OECD and the World Economic Forum on AI governance, data governance and platform regulation, promoting an approach that balances innovation, fundamental rights and digital democracy.
