Francesco Venier is a professor of Digital Transformation of Organizations at the University of Trieste and Dean for Executive Education at MIB Trieste School of Management. For years, he has designed and implemented training and consulting programs for companies, supporting managers and organizations through processes of change, innovation, and skills development. His research interests include entrepreneurship, innovation, and the relationship between technology, management, and organization.
