Dr. Chiara Gerardi is a researcher at the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research IRCCS in Milan, Italy. Her work focuses on clinical research methodology, evidence-based medicine, and health policy. She is the Director of the Course on Clinical Research Methodology Applied to Surgery: From Research Idea to Publication, designed for surgeons and clinical researchers. She serves on the Executive Board of the Collaborative Alliance for Research and Education in Surgery (CARES), a non-profit Italian network that, in collaboration with the Mario Negri Institute, promotes clinical research in surgery by providing methodological and operational support to surgeons, researchers, healthcare institutions, and healthcare professionals. She has authored numerous scientific publications and actively collaborates on national and international research projects.
