Anna Lutman

Anna Lutman has been Director-General of ARPA FVG since 2022. Having graduated in Chemistry from the University of Trieste, she began her career at the University of Udine and subsequently worked at the chemical laboratory of USL 7 Udinese. She joined ARPA FVG in 1999 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Head of the Laboratory and of the ‘Opinions and Support for Environmental Authorisations’ unit, whilst also qualifying as a Seveso inspector. Following her appointment as Director of the Water Resources Management Service for the FVG Region, she returned to ARPA FVG in 2019 as Technical and Scientific Director. She has lectured in Environmental Law at the University of Udine and, from March 2024 to 10 June 2026, served as Vice-President of the SNPA Council, carrying out crucial coordination functions for the National System and supporting the Presidency in the implementation of strategic objectives.
