Andrea Virtuoso
teacher of Mathematics and physics Liceo Carducci-Dante Trieste
He studied physics at the University of Trieste, where he obtained his PhD in 2024, working on gravitational waves within the LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA collaboration. His research, primarily focused on the collaboration's future challenges, contributed both to the development of new methods for gravitational-wave data analysis and to a deeper understanding of some challenges related to next-generation interferometers. Since 2024, he has been teaching mathematics and physics at the Liceo Carducci-Dante in Trieste. Alongside his scientific career, he holds a diploma in piano and continues his musical studies at the “Tartini” Conservatory in Trieste.
