His research interests lie primarily in the field of the epistemology of education, processes of identity construction and subjectivation, and educational and professional transitions in contemporary contexts. His scholarly work explores the relationship between education, citizenship, and social change, with particular attention to formal and informal learning environments and processes of inclusion. His most recent research examines gender representations, the social construction of masculinities, and the dynamics that sustain hegemonic and toxic masculinity, highlighting the role of education in fostering relationships that are more equitable, inclusive, and respectful of difference.
