The growing prevalence of MASLD (fatty liver disease) among adults and children makes new prevention strategies urgent. This round table proposes a ‘smart’ approach built around education, awareness and personal responsibility, digital tools and monitoring devices, and healthy everyday choices. The aim is a more effective, personalised and sustainable model of prevention, one that turns knowledge and innovation into concrete action for liver health.
