What turns a professional into a corporate storyteller? Where does the eye that can read people, organisations and identities come from? And what happens when the stories we live become the stories we tell? “Cosa sarà. Diario di un narratore d’impresa” (What Will Be. Diary of a Corporate Storyteller) is an account of how you build the kind of vision that sees a company’s identity beyond its processes, its culture beyond its procedures, its humanity beyond its job titles. An invitation to discover that every organisation is, first and foremost, a weave of stories, and that the most effective storytelling grows out of listening, empathy, curiosity and, above all, enthusiasm. A personal journey that becomes a professional tool. A story that reminds us that companies are not systems, they are people – and that every person is an open question: what will they become?
