Bettina Almonacid graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in Córdoba, Argentina, in 1988. In Argentina, she served as a Quality Assurance Manager for a cosmetics company and worked as a consultant for companies in the toy industry. In 2002, she moved to Italy, where, after having her degree officially recognized, she continued working in the cosmetics sector as a formulation chemist. In 2016, she joined S.R.C. srl—a company specializing in integrated cosmetics development—to set up their Research & Development and cosmetics production laboratory. She currently holds the position of R&D and Regulatory Affairs Manager.
