Abstract
Accessibility in the tourism sector goes far beyond removing architectural barriers. For visitors, the experience of discovering a city, a museum, or a landscape is shaped by a range of communicative, sensory, and emotional factors. This talk is based on the belief that storytelling is a powerful tool to make travel truly accessible to everyone — and that small design and communication choices can make a big difference in helping all travelers feel safe, welcomed, and at ease.
