Abstract
Pharmacogenetics is a branch of pharmacology that studies how individual genetic variations influence drug response, positioning itself as a key pillar in the development of increasingly personalized and patient-centered medicine. The European project U-PGx was created with the goal of promoting the integration of pharmacogenetics into clinical practice, supporting a new therapeutic model based on preventive genetic testing.
