Abstract
Scientific progress is never a final destination, but a journey made of intuition, setbacks and breakthroughs. The experience of the Molecular Biotechnology Center (MBC) at the University of Turin proves it: for twenty years it has been a national and international reference point, combining cutting-edge research, technological innovation and the training of a new generation of scientists. Behind the scenes of this hub, molecular biology, medicine and technology converge to generate solutions that improve human health. Through the voices of its protagonists—from senior faculty to the many young researchers who have returned to Italy—the strength of a community emerges, one that has chosen Turin as a home for innovation. This event celebrates the history, achievements and future outlook of a center that continues to redefine the boundaries of biotechnology research, blending scientific excellence, sustainability and real impact on people’s lives.
