Abstract
The party is over, but plenty of leftovers remain on the table. A statistician, an economist, a psychologist, a viniculture expert, and a Slow Food Italy representative arrive to analyze this “crime scene.” How can we reduce the impacts of a dinner? How do we balance taste, sustainability, and health? Through their eyes, one truth emerges: the planet’s health is our health too. Will we find real answers — or just settle for a leftover snack? Maybe the real issue isn’t what's left on the table, but the unconscious choices of an entire society.
