Abstract
In Trieste, as in many urban areas, weather and climate change have tangible effects on public health, urban environments, economic activity, and infrastructure. The event explores the relationship between psycho-physical wellbeing and the ongoing transition, proposing solutions to strengthen urban resilience. The aim is to promote a responsible approach to mitigation and adaptation. The initiative is part of the project “Let’s Change! The Climate is Changing. Let’s Talk About It”, funded by the University's project for the Social Responsability of the University of Trieste and promoted by its Department of Engineering and Architecture.
