Abstract
"Brain organoids are one of the most groundbreaking frontiers in neuroscience. After a broad introduction to organoids—three-dimensional structures that mimic human organs—this session will explore how scientists can grow “mini-brains,” what makes them unique, and the practical applications they open up. From studying the cellular and molecular roots of neurological disorders to future prospects in regenerative medicine, organoids are reshaping the way we understand and imagine the brain."
