SPACE 19. ISTAT 100. COUNTING ITALY, COUNTING FOR THE FUTURE

For 100 years, Istat has been using its data to tell the story of who we are and the society in which we live. Istat pays particular attention to the younger generation and, through games and fun activities, promotes the use of statistics in school subjects and, more generally, to develop a quantitative approach to everyday life. Furthermore, through its network of regional offices, it supports the Institute’s statistical output, promotes the dissemination of information and statistical literacy, and provides training and assistance to stakeholders within the National Statistical System.
