SPACE 17. HOW CELLS THINK - INTERACTIVE TABLE

Cellular behaviors—from repair to mutation, from communication to modification—underpin fundamental biological processes, including neurodegeneration, cancer, immune responses, inflammation, and adaptation to the environment. Every day, our bodies make countless "intelligent decisions" that ensure the proper functioning of the organism. But what happens when these mechanisms are disrupted? Visitors will be able to take part in a hands-on laboratory activity exploring microbial communication as a strategy for environmental adaptation, and experience the interactive play area "Learning and circuits under pressure," where they will discover how repetition, stress, and distraction influence cognitive processes and performance.
