We’ll dive into the heart of quantum science and technology — from ultra-secure communication with single photons to computers based on quantum mechanics. Two interactive experiments will guide us through optical fibers, lasers, trapped atoms and ions, showcasing the techniques used in laboratories for quantum communication and computing. We will also discuss the regional infrastructure for quantum communication, designed to enable secure document exchange through the laws of physics. An opportunity to peek into the world of research and catch a glimpse of the quantum future ahead of us.
