Con una formazione in biotecnologie mediche e un dottorato in scienze e biotecnologie agrarie, ha maturato oltre 15 anni di esperienza nella ricerca applicata e nella gestione di progetti R&D nel settore biotech. In Transactiva Srl ha contribuito allo sviluppo di piattaforme innovative per biofarmaci, coordinando partner scientifici e industriali, attività regolatorie e progetti finanziati europei. Attualmente guida l’implementazione del sistema qualità aziendale, con l’obiettivo di allinearlo agli standard ISO 9001. Ha recentemente conseguito un Executive MBA presso la MIB Trieste School of Management.

With a background in medical biotechnology and a PhD in agricultural sciences and biotechnology, she has over 15 years of experience in applied research and R&D project management in the biotech sector. At Transactiva Srl, she has contributed to the development of innovative platforms for biopharmaceuticals, coordinating scientific and industrial partners, regulatory activities, and EU-funded projects. She is currently leading the implementation of the company’s quality management system, with the goal of aligning it with ISO 9001 standards. She recently earned an Executive MBA from the MIB Trieste School of Management.
