Ingegnere, è professore di Robotica e Interazione uomo macchina all’Università di Siena dove dirige il SIRSLab. Senior Scientist all’Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia.
La sua ricerca si concentra sulle tecnologie per il tatto e la robotica indossabili per il miglioramento della qualità della vita. È co-autore del libro il Corpo Artificiale, di Raffello Cortina Editore. È co-fondatore delle startup WEART e EXISTO.

Domenico Prattichizzo, is an Engineer and Professor of Robotics and Human-Machine Interaction at the University of Siena, where he directs the SIRSLab. He is also a Senior Scientist at the Italian Institute of Technology in Genoa. His research focuses on wearable robotic technologies to improve the quality of life. Co-author of the book “Il Corpo Artificiale”, by Raffello Cortina Editor, he is co-founder of the start-ups WEART and EXISTO.
