Professore ordinario di Filosofia morale presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche e Sociali dell’Università di Trieste, dove insegna Etica pubblica e conflitti, Giustizia e pratiche riparative e di cui è attualmente vice-direttore. Responsabile scientifico di diversi progetti accademici, in particolare nell’ambito delle ricerche sulle forme del conflitto e della giustizia, con riferimento all’approccio riparativo (Restorative Justice). È stato referente scientifico per l’Istituto Jacques Maritain delle azioni previste dall’Erasmus+ Project “Training in Mediation and Restorative Justice” (MEDIAREJ).

Full Professor of Moral Philosophy at the Department of Political and Social Sciences, University of Trieste, where he teaches Public Ethics and Conflicts, Justice and Restorative Practices. He currently serves as the department’s Vice-Director.
He is the Scientific Coordinator of several academic projects, particularly in the field of research on forms of conflict and justice, with a focus on the restorative approach (Restorative Justice). He served as scientific advisor for the Jacques Maritain Institute in the Erasmus+ project “Training in Mediation and Restorative Justice” (MEDIAREJ).
