Ama da sempre viaggiare e ama il suo lavoro di fisioterapista. Ha lavorato per 10 anni nel contesto ospedaliero, prima come fisioterapista, poi come coordinatrice. È stata docente all’Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, dove si è occupata della riabilitazione delle patologie neurologiche degenerative. Ha vissuto il periodo del Covid in corsia, quando i pazienti le dicevano: “se è davvero finita mi dispiace non aver visto il mondo, o visitato quella città, o fatto quel viaggio”. Così ha fondato prima un blog di viaggi accessibili, poi una scala di valutazione, la ALL INCLUSION SCALE 1.0, per identificare l’accessibilità e l’inclusione delle strutture ricettive e non solo. Oggi, assieme ad altre 20 persone, non solo cura i propri pazienti ma cerca ancora di realizzare, almeno in parte, i loro sogni.

I have always loved traveling and my job: physiotherapy. I am for solving problems and if there is no solution for a problem I like to invent one. I worked 10 years in a hospital first as a physiotherapist then as a coordinator. I was also a professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia on the rehabilitation of degenerative neurological diseases. I lived in the wards at the height of Covid, and at the bedside of my patients I always found the same frustration "if it's really over I'm sorry I didn't see the world, or visit that city or take that trip". So I first founded an accessible travel blog, then we created an evaluation scale the ALL INCLUSION SCALE 1.0 to identify the accessibility and inclusion of accommodation facilities and more. Today we are 20 and we work to rehabilitate the bodies and dreams of our patients, from travel or to menus for everyone really.
