Ariella Cuk, laureata in Lingue Moderne, è stata docente di lingua inglese nella scuola secondaria e professoressa a contratto all’Università Trieste. Ha coordinato diversi progetti europei, tra cui “Language meets sport” (2011), “Healthy Ageing-Master Swimming (2012); Lifelong Swimming (2014), “Euro Senior Games (2018), “Slow Swimming” (2020) e il progetto “Invecchiare bene in FVG”. Attualmente è Presidente di Lunga Vita Attiva APS (160 associati) che promuove l’invecchiamento sano ed attivo con il Nuoto Lento over 60.

Ariella Cuk, a graduate in Modern Languages, has been a secondary school English teacher and adjunct professor at Trieste University. She has coordinated several European projects - "Language meets sport" (2011), "Healthy Ageing-Master Swimming (2012); Lifelong Swimming (2014), "Euro Senior Games (2018), "Slow Swimming" (2020) - and the "Aging well in FVG" project. She is currently President of Lunga Vita Attiva APS (160 members) which promotes healthy and active aging with Slow Swimming over 60.
