SUMMARY:THE BIRTH OF KNOWLEDGE: HOW THE BRAIN DISCOVERS. A DIALOGUE BETWEEN HISTORICAL SOURCES AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
DESCRIPTION:In an age marked by the pervasive - and sometimes overly simplistic - use of artificial intelligence systems\, what role do the sources of knowledge still play\, particularly in scientific research? How does the brain learn from these sources\, draw inferences from them\, and assess their reliability? These questions will be explored in a conversation between a historian and a bioinformatician\, focusing on the value of knowledge sources in the contemporary world and on the increasingly urgent need to verify and critically evaluate them.
