Roberta Zanin ha dedicato la sua carriera all'astronomia a immagini Cherenkov, partecipando ai principali strumenti attualmente in funzione, (MAGIC, H.E.S.S. e VERITAS), dove ha maturato una grande esperienza nell'analisi e nell'interpretazione dei dati, nello sviluppo di software, nelle operazioni e nella messa in servizio dei telescopi. In qualità di project scientist di CTAO, Roberta ha un ruolo chiave in tutti gli aspetti scientifici della costruzione e del funzionamento di CTAO che garantiscono il raggiungimento degli obiettivi scientifici del progetto.

Roberta Zanin has devoted her career to imaging Cherenkov astronomy, taking part the major currently-running instruments, MAGIC, H.E.S.S. and VERITAS, where she built great experience in data analysis and interpretation, software development, operations and commissioning of the telescopes. As CTAO Project Scientist, Roberta has a key role in all science related aspects of the CTAO Construction and Operation to ensure that the science goals of the Project are achieved.
